Martin Al Arab Stud is dedicated to producing top quality Egyptian related Arabians and eventually straight Egyptians. I tend to be drawn to Straight Egyptian and the European look in my horses, As an artist, I am somewhat of a perfectionist. I have strict goals with the art that I create which has also reflected in my breeding program. My goals are classic type, good temperament & conformation, athletic, exotically dished, chiseled, dry face, Tippy ears, good hook and shape of neck, short back, straight legs, straight high tail carriage, beautiful balanced bodies with wonderful movement, a good strong horse that I can ride for miles and at the same time have beauty. I also believe in a strong female line, genetic strength, studying pedigrees, bloodlines, strains, matching complimentary conformation points to improve flaws, also taking pedigrees into consideration.
Being honest is important to me, both with clients and myself as to what is or is not working for my program and what may or may not work with there program. I want to keep this "purest" breed pure, make a life long commitment to breeding horses that can improve the breed for countless years to come.
I strongly believe that each generation I breed, should be better than the one before.
